Our architecturally designed screens can be used in both domestic and commercial works for a huge range of applications including Privacy Screening, Architectural Fascias, Entry Gates, Decorative Screening plus much more. Material and finish options include Weathered Corten Steel and Powder Coated Aluminum for internal & external installation.
Huge Selection of Designs
Most designs can be customised to different screen sizes and shapes and can be fabricated to allow for various fixing requirements. The designs shown are based on a ratio of 1:2 (i.e. 900 x 1800mm) so screen designs outside of this ratio may vary slightly to suit. We have many standard designs to choose from or if you want to add some real ‘personal design’ to your project, simply show us a sketch or give us a theme and we’ll help you bring ‘your’ idea to life.
Our Aluminium Screens are made from lightweight, tough, rust free aluminium with a powder coated finish. You can choose your colour from our Interpon Colour Chart. The panels are 3mm thick and can be supplied in sizes up to 3000mm x 1500mm.
Corten Steel is a high strength weathering steel which forms a stable, attractive rust-like appearance when exposed to weather. The steel is 3mm thick and can be supplied in panels up to 2400mm x 1200mm. The screens are suitable for indoor and outdoor use with a variety of applications.

There are a number of fixing methods for feature screens. They can easily attached to the face of existing posts or if you want them between posts, we can supply colour matched angles to fix to. Another method is using small stand off pins to give your screen an extra dimension off a feature wall. We also supply panel frames which you can attach the screens directly to.
We manufacture Laser Cut Gate screens which are attached to the face of a gate frame 5mm smaller on each side to cater fro the gate frames radius edge and to ensure the screen doesn’t sit proud of the gate frame edge.
As standard, we supply all Aluminium Powder coated laser cut screens with 3mm fixing holes positioned approximately every 300-400mm around the edge (15mm in from edge). If you do not require these fixing let your sales rep know, however we do need at least one in every corner to be able to hang for powder coating. If your screen is longer or wider than 1500mm we may require a 3rd hole in the centre of that length to ensure the screen hangs correctly throughout the powder coating process. This powder coating requirement does not apply to Corten Steel screens as they require no powder coating.
Corten or weathering steel is designed to form a rust patina when exposed to the elements. A layer of rust forms on the outer surface and acts as a protective coating. This process does take a little time to fully cover the screens. You can speed up the process by spraying a low PH solution on the screen like lemon juice or vinegar. The colour and extent of the rust effect depends on the elements it is exposed to, and will vary from panel to panel.
Pool fencing regulations state that there can be no horizontal climbing member greater than 10mm within the pool fence. A limited amount of our designs can be made to have horizontal climbing members within them less than 8mm. Surcharges may apply. We recommend contacting your pool fencing certifier to discuss how to ensure laser cut screens around your pool will satisfy Australian Pool safety Standards (AS1926.1 – 2012) before contacting our sales team. Gates will require self closing hinges installed to pool fencing regulations, as per AS1926.1 – 2012.
