Warranty & Returns

As stated by the supplier, the CD0001 core drill is said to have been individually tested prior to packaging.

Each core drill macine should be presented in a blow mould case and contain the below:

• Core drill machine laser etched with unique serial number.
• Earth leakage device and water connections attached to the core drill machine.
• Spare set of brushes.
• Warranty card.
• Operations manual includes warranty terms and conditions.

CD0001 core drill machine comes with 3 months supplier warranty from the date of purchase. Oxworks Trading Pty Ltd customers must follow the warranty instructions provided within the operations manual included in the blow case. The operations manual stipulates warranty terms and conditions. NO WARRANTY CAN BE HONORED OR GIVEN UNLESS THE WARRANTY CARD HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY THE CUSTOMER AND RETURNED TO GLASS OUTLET BNE PTY LTD. Warranty claims, machine servicing or returns must be handled by the customer directly with Glass Outlet BNE Pty Ltd in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stipulated within the product manual.
