Form 15 Requests

In Queensland, Form 15s are used to certify the design of particular systems or components within a building that are outside of the building certifier’s expertise. Oxworks’ Pool Fencing and Balustrade systems all fully comply with relevant building and pool safety regulations nationally and we are therefore happy to supply you with a From 15 to give to your certifier.

  •    Form 15 certificates only certify materials supplied and used
  •    Only products supplied by Oxworks are covered by our Form 15
  •    Installation is not covered by a Form 15
  •    Other states & territories don’t require this process to be carried out, however we recommend you check with your local authorities to ensure compliance.
